Casora — Terms of Service
By using the Casora website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept the legalese minimal. Email hello@casora.shop if any of it is unclear.
1. The basics
Casora is an online home decor brand. The store at casora.shop (and any connected myshopify subdomain) is operated by Casora. By using the site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do
- Promotions and discount codes can't usually be stacked unless explicitly stated. Discount codes are limited to one per order
- Once you place an order, you'll get an order confirmation by email. That confirmation is a record, not a guarantee — your order is fully accepted once it ships
3. Shipping and delivery
Covered in the Shipping Policy. The summary: U.S. orders ship in 8-15 business days, international 12-25 business days, free U.S. standard shipping, transparent timing on each product page.
4. Returns and refunds
Covered in the Refund Policy. 30 days from delivery, prepaid return label for U.S. orders, refunds posted within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
5. Product accuracy
We try hard to show every product accurately — dimensions, materials, colors. Screen calibration can shift color appearance. If a piece arrives meaningfully different from what was shown, that falls under our returns policy. If you have a fit or color concern before ordering, email hello@casora.shop and we'll send a real-world reference shot.
6. Intellectual property
The Casora name, logo, site copy, photography, and curation are owned by Casora. Don't use any of it commercially without permission. Product images sourced from suppliers remain the property of their original rights holders.
7. User accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping the password safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend or close an account if it's used for fraud, abuse, or any activity that puts other customers at risk.
8. Reviews and submitted content
By posting a review, photo, or comment on Casora, you grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use it on the site and in marketing. We won't publish anything misleading, abusive, or off-topic, and we may remove reviews that don't reflect a verified purchase.
9. Disclaimers
Casora is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and online but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product spec is perfect. Where the law allows, we limit our liability to the amount you paid for the item in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Casora is registered. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking it out is handled in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
If we update these terms in any material way, we'll post a notice at the top of this page for 30 days. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
