Refund policy

Returns at Casora

If a piece doesn't land the way you hoped, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. We want what's in your home to feel right — not stuck.

What's returnable

  • Items in original condition with packaging intact
  • Items still in resaleable shape (no scratches, dents, used wear)
  • Lighting, wall art, decor accents, smart home items, bundles

What's not

  • Anything that's been installed, mounted, or wired in (smart strip lights, hardwired sconces)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@casora.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a sentence on why it's coming back
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (U.S. orders) or step-by-step return instructions (international)
  3. Pack the item in its original box where possible. Drop it at the listed carrier within 14 days of getting the label
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund posts to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Damaged or wrong item

If the piece arrived broken, damaged in transit, or it's not what you ordered: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required. This happens, and we own it on our end when it does.

Refund timing

  • Approved refunds post to your original payment method
  • Most credit cards reflect the refund within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers and some debit cards can take up to 10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except on damaged or wrong-item cases

Exchanges

Easiest path: return the item for a refund, then re-order the replacement. Faster than waiting on inventory to roundtrip.

Restocking fee

We don't charge restocking fees on standard returns.
